We can ship our kayaks and accessories within the mainland United States to the 48 contiguous States that excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

We are happy to inform you that we have many options for payment. You have the option to checkout via Amazon Pay, Paypal, Klarna (pay later option), Google Pay, Shop Pay, or one of the four major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

You are able to cancel at any time before your order ships. Once processed and shipped, you are subject to shipping return fees.

We encourage you to look at the dropdown shipping info for the specific product on the product page. Depending on your location, we will locate the nearest trucking company to deliver your order. Read about our shipping policy.

No, we do not offer express shipping due to the size of the kayak.

Yes, we allow pickups. Please contact customer service for the nearest location to pick up your kayak.

Product FAQ

Each of our kayaks has a different total weight capacity, and they vary from 350 pounds to 770 pounds. Each kayak has its weight limit clearly stated on its product page, so please read up on any option you are considering.

The storage hatch sizes vary slightly from model to model, but most are between 8" and 12" in width and are 6" deep, offering plenty of space for snacks, bait and tackle, a camera, and more.

Many models can be outfitted with motors and/or hull mounted fish finders. When applicable, we have specifically noted these capabilities on our product pages, so please read through the information posted about any vessel that interests you.

Our fishing kayaks are designed to be stable enough for you to stand up for casting and reeling, though other vessels we carry are narrower and will be harder to balance.

Yes, you can pedal backwards and move your kayak in reverse. This helps when you are approaching a dock or boat with any other fine position adjustments needed on the water.

Yes, the pedal/propeller system can be removed from the hull completely, but it can also be quickly raised out of the water on a temporary basis during beach launches or to avoid shallow obstacles.

BKC designs our products in the USA and manufactures our products in China. The quality used, Hull Material: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) and contains UV Protection.

Unless you attach a motor to the kayak, you should not have to register it with any authorities in most areas, but check your local laws and regulations to be sure.

You should have received a Welcome Package Email that includes your digital manual. If you did not, please contact us.

Yes they can. Thanks to their corrosion-resistant materials. Be sure to rinse the kayaks down with fresh water after salt-water excursions to minimize the build-up of mineral deposits.

Most BKC kayaks come with high quality paddles and seats. Be sure to check the specifications on each kayak to see everything included.

Yes, this is a possible option! This model is extremely lightweight and will allow for one-person use very easily and comfortably. If riding alone, sit in the second seat for optimal control. You can also add some weight to the front of the kayak to distribute the weight as much as possible.

Our kayaks vary in size and weight; some are closer to 50 pounds while others are closer to 100. Each yak's weight, length, and hull width is clearly listed on its product page, so please refer there for exact information.

Warranty FAQ

The serial number for your kayak is located behind the seat area or on either side of the kayak on a white label. The serial number will start with RRG, followed by a series of numbers. If you are not able to locate it, please contact us to assist with this.
